My opinion only. I'd rate the minnie Mo 2nd behind AC and Oliver 3rd choice.

When I was a kid for Christmas my Grandma and Grandpa Lindquist gave me a toy MM hot rod puller with the chrome twin stacks. That was my favorite tractor for a long time. In real life I learned many MM in that era are weak in the rear end and cracked cylinder heads often but I still like their looks second only to Allis. Would like to have a G1000 some day after I get a 210 of course.

Nice!! Our Club featured Minnies at our show in June. A family that lives less than 20 miles from me showed up with three semi loads of beautiful Minnie Mos, some they bought from as far away as Oklahoma City.I had no idea that they had this collection. A great addition to the lineup of feature tractors. They got a big "thank you" from me as well as others. Bob@allisdowneast

I remember when Dad pulled a Two-Twenty in the 12,000# class back in the early '70's.  There was one MM G1000 Vista that was a little hopped up that was competitive.  I think they look kind of cool too...

Yeah I was just looking and seen them, I thought they were a good looking tractor like the AC, seems all of the good stuff was built pre 80's lol. I see alot of them are either out west or up north, not hardly any at all down here in the south, well for sale anyways. That would probably be due to the usage of the mid to large tractors up and out there. Close to me you can get a 20hp or a 100hp dirt cheap, but the ones in between are the hard ones to get a deal on, but that's around here.

Oh and almost forgot to say, that 1000 is a mean looking tractor, i guess I would also have to put them second, I like the paint schemes and the looks, the 1000 has allot in common with the 210 to me. I like the Oliver, but it would probably be a tie for 3rd with Ford, I grew up on Fords and they never let us down.

Minnies are good. I have at least 20 of them, from a 1937 J to a M670.

I love all the AGCO heritage brands (except MF). MM is one of those that you don't see everyday but I would love to have an R or Z.

This is what I found on the tranny: Ampli-Torc Partial Power Shift, that is what they called it, so I am assuming it is similar to the power director on the AC. I also learned from the Oliver guy below the house, that the Hydra Power is initially the same thing as the power director except it is operated hydraulically instead of manually.

This was at the Iowa State Fair several years ago-a high schooler restored it! Came out of the oil fields of Oklahoma-propane burner!  The engine was HUGE!

This one is called the Comfort Cab. it looks like an old Ford pickup, super cool, these guys who were thinking this stuff up are Grade A in my book, all they do now is slap plastic around let the Italians buy the brand, and it's a work of art, lol.

Playgun, I was waiting for this picture. On my way to Hutchinson, I stopped at a mans place with an old IH booket that showed Mogels. He showed me his Oliver 4WD that he is restoring. Off to the side sat a yellow cab with 2 rear doors.  I asked,"Is that a ---"? He said, "Yes, it is". Then he showed his IH HYDRO in demo GOLD. One rare tractor would be nice, but 3?

I just want to say this is THE BEST tractor forum on the web, it's an AC forum but you can talk about other tractors too, that's just good sense and makes it feel like home. I get more responses in 5 minutes on this forum than I do on (no names, lol mtf) in 5 days. That just shows you how AC men and women operate.

I rarely see a Moline in my area.  My wife loves them!

They evolved into what I think was one of the best looking tractors ever made, White.

I remember going to the County Fair on Saturday morning for the tractor pull. It was a real tractor pull with tractors brought right off the farm. They had it at 9am so the guys had time to finish chores and drive the tractor in to town. Anyway, at that time, there wasn't a thing around that could compete with a U or UB Minnie for pulling the stone boat. Volunteers sat in chairs along the track and stepped on as the boat went buy to add weight all the way down the track.

One of the first memories i have of a minn mo pulling was at the scheid diesel extravaganza.  There was a drunk several rows behind me that kept yelling "go minnie Mooooooo, go minnie mooooooo", got really annoying.  Just recently i saw a minnie mo similar to the first pick posted out bush hogging less than 1 mile from my house, weird.
