I'm looking at what I think is a 47 wc with hand brakes . My question is what is the lever used for behind the tranny. Could it be a two speed?? It also looks like its not pure gas because it has a square plate on thE manifold .

Rob, it 's for traction disconnect, useful for pto and beltwork.

I thought that it was that lever it would have been on the axle like the ca's
