We cut a whopping 30 bushel of oats with the allcrop 60 and 170 gas. Had alot of fun. Only problem we had was the two original tires blew out on the combine.

Actually my dad is the one who had fun. I just took pictures and rode on the platform. He never offered me to drive, so i guess he was having too much fun. Plus it has been over 100 degrees for the last week and a half which made it a little less fun. The 60 hadnt been run since the early 70's and performed flawlessly.

I would have to look. I looked at it the other day but cant remember. It is a very nice low houred machine. Like i said it had the original tires on it and they couldnt handle the heat or load i guess and blew out. Should have known better than to trust them. They looked very good. Thanks for the compliments.

Nice looking 60 -- even has some of the canvas left on the straw hood. They are fun machines.

as soon as your ole man heard that straw hit the cylinder your seat time went to zero. combining oates or wheat with an all crop 60 is second only to sex. maybe next year!

Ohh the days of combining with the 60 cann't say that at this point I miss them. Having to dig holes to park the 150 bu gravity wagon in so the auger will reach the edge then struggling with the C to get the wagon out. No thanks. Thought I died and went to heaven when the K came home. Enjoyed spending time as grandpa's helper but can't say that I miss the baggage that came with the combine. Lot more productive and cushy with the R62. I almost forgot the bunch windrows of straw thr all crop had.
