Joe, thanks for posting.
Don, talked to state boiler inspector couple years ago; there are thirty steam boilers for him to inspect in Cumming area (big majority are housed at Cumming fairgrounds).
The parade is one of a few opportunities they have for blowing their whistle. Most of the operators are older and have impaired hearing; all advertizing advises bringing hearing protection.
