Is there a special grease gun end to grease the fittings on the two outside fittings on the ujoints of a 8070 FWA? I don't have enough room to get to the one closes to the front wheel.

Have you got the steering turned all the way extreme left or right?? Those U-joints never had a zerk in them from the factory. I have added zerks when replacing U-joints and usually ground a notch in the center spider to allow room for the grease gun.

If you are talking about the U joints where the front wheels turn, my 8070 has no zerks on those joints. However, if someone put u joints in there with grease zerks on them, I would think that a needle greaser would do the trick. Any auto parts store would have one. Darrel

I guess someone may have put them on this tractor at one time.Yes I had the wheels turned but didn't have a needle to get to them.I was by myself and was having a hard time of turning and pulling the tractor and looking at the same time.I'll try with some help this afternoon.

We use a 90 degree special access grease coupler. Its made made by LINCOLN. Its model number 5883. We got it from Rural King or Farm and Fleet I cant remember lol.
