What I failed to mention in my first post (my PTO doesn't engage), is that when I first started it up on the baler, I wasn't accustomed to the two lever PTO engagement process. I think the right handle was in "engage" mode when i pulled up the left shaft it ground a little like I was switching a gear w/o the clutch. I assume I sheared the bolt on the bearing forks?
