I have heard that there is a Mid-Atlantic chapter of the Allis-Chalmers collectors club. is there anybody out there who knows anything about it? If so then who do I contact about becoming a member and what are the membership fees?

I believe Bill Long is the one to contact. Should be able to find some info on it if you go to Shows and events page and search old posts. Might even try to search this sectioon and find something.

Hi Les! It's a very informal group, no fees at this time. A few of us just exhibited at the Harney show as the first show as a club. We meet about 4 times a year, the next meeting is August 5th, 2 pm, at the Wertz Farm & Power Equipment store in Lineboro, Md.  All you have to do is come & have a good time meeting fellow local AC lovers!

This is a new club unaffiliated with any other club. It had it's start as the Maryland Allis Chalmers Club with it's first meeting on November 16th 2011. Soon after it was decided to expand to cover a larger area and changing the name to Mid-Atlantic Allis Chalmers Collectors or Club. (to be decided) As of now, the club is loosely structured with meetings quarterly and members fees are nonexistent. We will ask for donations when the need arises. Come to a meeting to learn more. The next meeting will be announced on this forum in the near future.
