Lets try again. I know this may be a simple tractors question   but i am on here too and U guys are smart too!!!
My sunstatr advances speed most of the time when i take my hand off the control lever, especially down hill.  Is that just the way they are or am i missing an adjustment to make it stay where put ???   Thanks for the help. Tractorman

Just looked in my mannual  should be a peerless, any places in the linkage to tighten ?

seems most controls have a friction somewhere to hold lever in place.
