Valspar worked well for me. The vendors on this site should have most of the stuff you need. Give them a call.

I am a shade tree painter and have used the Valspar paint with good results using a HVLP sprayer. A neighbor who is a good painter told me to apply the 1st and 2nd coats without hardner and to apply a light "wash" coat (mostly thinner with a little paint...I get mine by emptying the paint from the container and adding a little thinner) after the last coat without hardner then allow the paint to dry for a day and apply the final coat with the hardner after it dries to the touch. Followed his advice  (and after a few tries to learn the ins and outs of the wash coat) have become a respectful painter.
You can obtain good decals from Jim D (OK Tractor) and Tony C (Tony's Tractor). Norm (Norm's Toys) can probably help you with the needed tin
