On my black belly 7000 with the HD front end (looks like they use a different pump), what would I be looking at as far as rebuilding the pump if it is getting weak?  When warm, I have to have it up around 1800-2000 rpms to get it to lift the wings on our batwing or do anything else that requires decent pressure and flow.  The pump doesn't leak externally.  It looks like there are the following items that could wear and cause the pump to be weak: wear plates, gear plates, seals, bearings, and gears that can have wear.  The traction booster isn't really used much, but seems to work fine, so I am guessing that section of the pump isn't really too bad off.  I'd rather rebuild what I have instead of buy new aftermarket, as usually you can rebuild the original to higher quality than aftermarket stuff.  It seems like the pump uses a lot of the same internal parts as the earlier dual pumps on the hundred series.
