and "significantly more rare" than the B, that's a salesman's pitch if I ever heard it...although it may be true in itself, they are not exactly rare overall. I think that's what the appraiser was thinking

30 HP?  I don't think so.  Unless the engine had some major modifications done to it. IMO that isn't a good reason the declare it "significantly more rare."

My point was, they list a 1948 serial number and call it a 49. 68280 was the last 1948, they list it as C67549
