Does anyone know if the steering arm (Plate) under the steering gearbox should be centered when the wheels are straight? Mine has a roll pin in it but when the wheels are straight the plate is off to one side slightly which correlates to it steering tighter on one side than the other. I also noticed the arms on the spindles are different. One spindle arm is closer to the tire than the other one. Should those arms be the same, just built opposite and should that plate be centered? Logic would say yes but wanted to ask. Thanks.

When driving straight, the plate should be centered, and the steering arms should look the exact same, just opposite copies of each other. Also measure the length of both tie rods from center of bolts, are they the same? Sounds like you may have some mix match parts or the rims or tires are different.

Thanks! That's kinda what I thought. I have two different spindle arms.
How much toe in should a guy put in when adjusting the tie rods?
