| I doubt it. Just snug them up. Use sealer on the gasket to stop any leakage. If it leaks, tighten up a bit. |

If it has been over-tightened, it probably needs hammered out. They bend quite easily and get distorted so the gasket doesn't seal properly. Take it off and use a straight edge to see how bent up it is. A nut drive will get the bolts tight enough without using a ratchet.
