How much of a job is it going to be to rebuild my wd45 ?

not to bad make sure you have a allis service manual not an i.t. manual they are to veg

Assuming it's not your first overhaul it's not bad. It has wet sleeves make sure the counter bores at the top and the O-ring sealing areas at the bottom of the block are clean and smooth. The front and rear of the pan gasket can be tricky to get sealed but do a search and there are several posts about that. Otherwise it's pretty straight foward stuff. Good Luck.
