In my neck of the woods (eastern part of New York State) a 175 in reasonably good condition can bring from 6 - 8K, w/o loader. Although, I ve seen some bring more than that if shedded and with little to no rust.  The manual Power Director wet clutch was ahead of its time and is great for loader work. I've owned mine since new ( Jan '81) ..use it every day and would not part with it. I had to weld gussetts on/under the front axle/spindle as over time the twisting weakened the metal and it started to crack. With double ring chains on 18.4 tires, loaded with wheel weights, it can go through a lot of snow or deep mud, with a large round bale on the loader.
