Went to an estate auction in Pilot Grove, MO on Saturday and "accessorized" my One-Eighty gas.  Notice anything different??? lol!

Picked up this Westendorf TA26 quick-attach loader.  It was on an AC 185 but the loader was sold separately.  Bucket is in great shape, pins look real good with no noticeable wear, no cylinder leaks, self-leveling bucket option.  Rated for 3000lbs working capacity at 2500 psi.  Had a minor bit of welding around top rear pins with some heavy angle iron welded to strengthen the top arms (need to paint that).  No bends or breaks anywhere else in the loader for mounting brackets.  Bolted right up without any problems (I had to remove my chin weight and two slab weights).  Plumbs into the rear remotes.  I think I got a good deal for $1900.  I plan to  upgrade the old 7.50X16 fronts all the way to 10.00X16.  That's what the 185 it was on had.   I just need a set of pallet forks for it now.  I'll weld some gussets too between the front spindle carriers and the axle frame.

Auction also had a DA 7085 that went for about 12K I think?  AC 6080 2WD with a 460 loader went for $9800.  It was rough - grill smashed, hoods had damage.  They had an issue with the key switch shorting but sounded good when started.  The 185 the loader was on needed ether to start in 80+ degree weather and was rough looking but sounded good when started and had good tires.  It went for $3250.  There were some AC suitcase weights...went for about $40 each.   Two stacks of 7000 weights I think and one stack of 175/185 ones.

I picked up this engine stand for $20:

I also got these 185 front weight brackets for $20 each  :-)

I bid (but didn't win) on a few other things like some spare Gleaner parts and a set of lift arm latches (HD, one good, one bad) they went for $40.  Like all auctions, some stuff went reasonable, some cheap, and some high.  It was the first auction for my two older sons (Lucas - 11 and Ethan - nearly 8) and Lucas in particular thought it was very interesting.

I saw that sale bill and thought about going, It looks like those were the 200 210 weights if so 40 ea was pretty cheap, I bought 2 complete sets about 2 weeks ago and sold one set (yes I actualy sold something allis, But I got enough $ out of the one set I had to )

Way to go Mike! You did good.
Want to let you know that I have a 10.00 x 16 4 rib tire here that I won't be needing or using. I got it ahead of my 19 coming home that didn't make it.
It has a plug in it.
$25 + ride and it's yours. Jim

You might want to mount brace's from loader to the back axle on both sides if you are going to Bulldoze with it .

Fred - no plans to treat it like that at all (got to keep Brian happy, lol!).  My farming partner has two CAT 246 skid loaders, a good sized CAT track hoe and a CAT D5 dozer among other things if we need to do any serious earth/rock moving.  I'm working on a set of pallet forks for it now and they will get used more than the bucket.  Mike
