Thanks, I have a single beater pto I just bought from my neighbor to restore and wondered if the wood was orange or not. Matt sure done a nice job on his spreader..

It seems like some of the 180S spreader's had the wood that were all painted orange if I remember.

I think this is a model 40 spreader. Does that sound right. I havent got it home yet
