I picked up this 190 and trailer for $125.00, needs steering wheel and pedals.

dang, that is sweeeet.
i've got a bazillion bicycle pedals of all sizes... if you want to go non-original.
pm me a diameter on the rod & i'll rig something up and send it as my contribution to something really cool.

Yep you pretty much stole yours.  I gave $500 for this one back in like 2005.  I ran a much worse looking one than this up on an auction to $650 and let it go.  The one you found has really good paint for it's age, you don't see many original yet, especially the early bar grille model.
