Just something I have been working on lately. I waited long enough for Ertl to make one and they still haven't so I made my own. I collect all brands 1/64 but have restricted myself on 1/16 to detailed replicas of tractors I've actually worked with. Neighbor who I worked for had a wf Super M so I wanted a replica. Nobody makes one as near as I can tell-I've looked. All the high detail and Precision replicas have been nf. I noticed on my other replicas that the front axles for both types of replicas screw on in a similar fashion. I purchased a Precision Super M(nf of course) along with a High Detail 300LP wf which I got at clearance price. I then swapped the front axle assemblies between the 2. It wasn't a simple disassemble/reassemble operation. Both fronts required a little filing to get them to fit like I wanted them to but not too much. Really satisfied especially since both still steer like they did before. Now, I have a Precision Series Super M wf like I wanted. Funny since the real tractor went through the same thing. It was bought new as a nf and soon converted to wf with a Schwartz front end. I thought I would now look into whether they ever made a nf 300LP replica in high detail. I never cared for the LP tractors myself so will probably be looking to sell this one if I can get my money back out of it. Any takers??
