Is there cost effective way to convert from disc harrow ball pak bearings to a greaseable type bearing?

Not grease-able but you got the best answer there is for your question. If you don't want to do that and don't want to pay AGCO their price, you could part it out and by an International Disc. An old Allis farmer I know, claimed they were the best disc made at the time anyway.

Agree with Charlie, that is the most inovative idea I have seen and can pretty much be accomplished with off the shelf parts.
