I have a 160 with 3-pt problems, it will work when it wants to, but hasn't worked in the last 3 weeks. Changed fluid and filters with no help.

we had a 160 we used as our scraper tractor before we got a skid loader and it had the same problem. we fought that thing for a while , it would go up not down then down but not up. its been a while but i think we took the valve assy apart and cleaned it. then it worked for a while then started giving problems again. then we replaced the valve assy. after a while it started doing it again and thats when we sent it down the road..try taking the valve assy apart and cleaning it they can get dirty....Jb

One-Sixty's are famous for 3 pt hitches not working.

Did you check the screen in the top of the tranny where the suction line comes out ?
