Luke R was good enough to borrow a line off of his D21. It is the line from the Hyd. pump to the hyd block on the platform. Does anyone know where I could get a steel line made from a pattern? It has multiple bends in it.
Thanks,
IG

I got one of the lines that Jim Wenig had made, it seems to be a good job. So if Jim would see this post, or you could PM him, and he could put you through to the company he used. Darrel

John, without seeing it I don't know. I am not familar with that particular line. Sounds like Jim might have already done the hard part. Tracy Martin

There is a local ag parts store here that makes custom steel lines. They will match what you bring in. Sometimes when you put it back on you might have to tweek it a bit or they recommend putting a 1' piece of rubber line at the end to give you some flex to guarentee that it will fit.

I dont know where Jim has them made but there is a place here in Columbus called Mid-state hose and fitting and they can replicate just about any steel line or fitting a person can come up with.

I had a return line from the transport valve back the hydralic sump for my D14 made at my local big truck repair facility. Metal specialties.

The company that made the tube for my 190 was Mid-State Sales in Columbus, OH. Ask for Nadine Lewis 800-421-7051, extension 21. This is an excellent company to do business with, and the tubes I had made fit perfectly. They had multiple tight bends, one being right at the end of the tube. Your best option in my opinion would be to have 5 made, and sell the rest here on the forum as I did with my extras. My local Agco dealer bought one of mine too. You will cut your cost per unit quite a bit going this route, and help others as well.

I don't know how far from Burlington Ia you are but there is a place called Brozene hydraulic. They can make about any steel line or hose up to 6000 psi. They made a steel line for my 220 from the valve to the lift arms.
