Why in the world would someone part out a tractor that is in "good running original condition"??

I've seen him on e-bay before, done that to several"in good running original condition". I wonder if he sells enough parts to cover purchase price, gonna leave a lot to the scrap man....Cry

He has been labeled by other's as the "Bax axe bandit" and he has been doing it to tractors for close to three years now, I think I remember him even parting out a D-19 that was purchased new in his family once.  He cares nothing for the tractors, I'm sure he's making good money doing it cause he's got parts for nearly three different models of tractors a week on E-bay for sale and what doesn't sell goes to scrap I'm sure.  The only way to stop him is to not buy from him, but people want the parts too.
