Im going to be getting new front tires for my B and I'm going to clean and repack the bearing while I'm working on the wheels. Are there felt seals in the bearing and if there are where can I get replacements?

Yes there are felt seals. They are available from AGCO or many of the parts suppliers that support this site. Be sure to soak them in oil before installing them.
