Any tips on installing would help. Felt is too tight in hub and wants to rotate with hub. Thanks in advance for any tips or tricks.

soak the seals in the lightest oil you have. Our airplane seals we kept in a bag of 10-10 oil till we needed them. i did this on my C and it worked fine.

I had the same issue, and after soaking them I was concerned about them drying out and then turning on the spindle. I took a very small amount of JB weld and put it on the metal edge of the seal and to the spindle. You have to clean both surfaces very well to make them grease free, and again, use a very small amount of the JB weld.  I applied with a toothpick to control the amount applied. It worked for me.

I just buy rubber oil seals and install. Seems like they were standard size.

Like them all, but love the "B"s.
