I've got a '64 D19D and am missing some linkages. My tractor has the position control lever on the column but the linkage is missing. The cable and linkage is also missing for the "make up" control that attaches to the lift arm. This is the first tractor I've had with the position control lever but I'm assuming it works with "make up" control linkage.

I'm also missing the snap coupler release linkage. I'm not opposed to making these parts but can't seem to find any detailed pics of the parts or how they are hooked up to make it. I guess what I'm asking is some detailed pics or if somebody has this stuff for sale I'd be interested in it.

dont worry about the makeup  cable and linkage, the only time it does anything is in the upper 1/3 of lift arm travel, just there to keep mounted implements from settling.  Cannt help ya on the rest. I do think the snap coupler release linkage -except for the lever is real close to a D17.   The later D19s has the postion control lever-parts may be hard to find.  Parts book is probably your best source for pictures of the stuff.

I've got a parts D17 but the snap coupler linkage looks totally different than what I'm seeing in the parts book. I may can mod it and make it work.

The reason I thought I needed the make up linkage is I was using my 3-point the other day and it kept leaking down slowly. I read the IT manual and it says this is normal without the make up linkage engaged. I mainly just want to keep my lift from leaking down.

Bradley, Thank you very much. Looks easy enough to fab up the parts.

Bradley beat me to it, but here are two more pictures

As for the lift leaking down or settling there is a check valve or a copper washer between the upper valve stack and lower manifold that gets wore out allowing the lift to settle. I don't remember exactly what it is or looks like, but when I see the parts break down I could tell you more. I will put that on my long list of crap I haven't done yet and try to get back to you as one of mine is settling again.
