Not mine, but possession is nine tenths the law right? HAHAHA just kidding Jerry Used my loader to help a friend unload his new toy. Needs a little TLC and the bottom replaced in the elevator. Any thoughts, tips, tricks, or info any of you can share would be great. Also what does one of these sell for in your part of the world? Thanks

Thanks Rfdeere Next question... This one is missing a piece to run the fan  Does anybody have a picture of the missing piece? Any ideas where a replacement could be found?

Price obviously wasn't much of an issue as it is sitting in my back yard. There just are not many Allis pull type pickers in my area that I know of, so I was just curious what the going price was/is. Believe me if there was one close to me for $150 it would be on its way to my backyard by now no matter what the condition... Not trying to start anything just trying to find out anything I can on this corn picker and hoping the right person comes along that can help with the missing fan drive and/or any info they are willing to share with all of us. Actually I would believe this model was referred to as an "One Row Corn Harvester". The #35 designation came on in later years when the rotating paddle was added to help trash in the throat area. As for the missing pulley for the fan drive, I may have on out back on a parts machine. I can check if it is there yet. The machine will operated without it, just a bit more light chaff will be in the wagon and believe me you wont notice much difference! lol Jim |

Thanks for the info Jim and if you do have parts for the fan or could take a picture that would be great! No hurry as this ones not going to the field anytime soon... Although there is a guy south of me 15 miles that still has corn standing in the field! LOL Bolivar - It is not mine just helping the guy who bought it. He picked it up south of Topeka KS about 4-5 hours away I think? I would like to have one someday, but till then I'm sure I can play with this one. Saved that 45 from the junkman, it went for a ride in a tornado that went through Seward in 2001. All that was good was the drivetrain and engine. Broke the right front spindle off of the WFE, the drawbar, destroyed the sheet metal and steering column. Luckely I found the broken spindle in the middle of a field a half mile away from the tractor while helping with the clean up not knowing I would get the rest of the tractor 2 years later. LOL The sheet metal and rims are from a doner tractor. I repaired, painted and put new tires on those rims a few years ago now, if only the rest of the tractor looked as good. Think I got seat flippers on all 6 of my WD/WD45's

Howdy Jim, I was wondering if you had a chance to look at your parts machine for a fan drive pulley? Also wondering if you were going to the All Allis swap meet at Michael Crowe's near KC the first weekend in March? |
