As my Ferguson restoration went along I hatched an devious plan to insure I got what I wanted for Christmas so I looked up all the parts I needed then printed them out and put them in a binder. I then told my wife and daughters that for Christmas they could just pull out a sheet from the book and get that for me. Well they are going to stay in the packages for now as I'm not ready for them yet. Here's a picture of where I'm at with the Ferg. I'm down to just one big part to sand/clean/prime and paint. Everything else has already been painted and ready to go back on. My shop has an attic and it looks like a Christmas tree up there with all these parts and sheet metal hanging from the rafters.

Cool Stan!! Lotta hard work!
Santa and his reindeer pulled in a 4 bottom SC trip plow for me a few days ago. Christmas came early!!

It's going back MF-red. I could not bring myself to paint it that baby puke yellow color. I'll look tonight to see if the code is on the paint store paperwork.

That plow looks great. You don't see many SC plows bigger than a 3 bottom!

| Stan I just finished a ferguson 40 for a customer that looked just like that not to long ago.Nice tractor.I had a heck of a time getting the tie rods off to paint .The left side got painted on the tractor just because it was so hard to get to without taking that steering tower apart. And that flint grey is always an experience to paint on cast |

Not sure redline, but I am figurin at LEAST 2 deer per bottom.

Look here for information on the paint codes. I took this sheet to the paint store when I purchased my paint.

all i want is THE ALLIS CONNECTION & THE OLD ALLIS NEWS .mags. but i wont get it ' i always get what somone else wants so thay can use it.I HATE CHRISTMAS!!!! PS. I bought myself a 2000-3x16 plow for christmas my kids wanted to how much it cost. I think thay think that i am spending a nickle that will be thers some day.
