It is mounted on the rear of a WC....color looks right and the design looks familiar.  Was it modified from something else?

Doesn't look like an AC to me. Give us a better picture, Eldon.

Being that the seat off that WC, is from another tractor(like a model U). I say that the blade is not allis built, IMO. Looks like maybe the tractor was repainted with the blade at one point?

Ok, what's with this WC ? Is the frame work for a loader ? Seems like that cross tube would make pushing the clutch somewhat difficult ? And is the blade just hanging from that rope ?

Yes the framework is for a loader...the arms and bucket are sitting to the left. It is advertised as a WD45, but is a WC with a WD style wide front (may be late WC??) and a radiator shroud that has a WD decal on it.  I haven't looked at it in person, so not sure on the engine, but the mag and carb are MIA. It has a hydraulic system and a single cylinder is lifting the blade...not sure where the pump or control valves are located. Seller said they had other AC stuff that would be sold later....

That is what I believe to be a Knoedler aftermarket seat. I have most of one just like that came off my 35 WC. http://www.knoedler.com/ - http://www.knoedler.com/
The seats they make now days are a little different.
