I have the top cover off of my WD45 hand clutch.  I have egaged and released the hand clutch and watched the parts moving.  This tractor just does not have the "snap" that other WD45s do when you disengage the hand clutch.  What does it take to get one to "snap" again?  There seems to be plenty of clutch lining.  Thank you for your advice!

Its been a little bit since I adjusted one..but it sounds like you need to remove some shims (equally) from each pressure plate bolt (there are 3 if im not mistaken) under that cover.  Take one bolt out at a time and remove the same thickness shim from each bolt.  start with the thinnest first and see what that gets ya.  -Wes
