I was at Try Green yesterday to get a tractor that I had hulled in from N.Y.  It is another one of those off coler.
  While there I saw this IB that a frend bought it.  Something dosen't look quite rite ???

Looks like they re-rotated the finals and put a lift kit in the front to even it out. Should be easy enough to fix if they didn't cut up the mounts for the frame.

It also looks like they shortened a C drawbar loop to fit the narrower B finals.

That conversion wasn't done recently... I'd be willing to bet that if you look close enough, you'll find evidence suggesting that there was some sort of special implement mounted under the belly... like a scarifier, or a power-brush... something heavy, and used on a hard-surface.
