Shifting cable apears to be moving the linkage under cab, everything else ok, but when you pull shifter back for reverse it is like nothing at all is there?. This is not my tracotor, but one i looked at.

Broken reverse shift fork !!!!!!!! do not drive any more or you may eat it thru the gears and cause many $$$$$$$$$ of damage!!
