Split at rear of engine, remove flywheel, pry old seal out, drive new seal in. Always replace wear ring on flywheed. Put some oil on new seal and wear ring and reassemble.  MACK
PS put a small amount of loctite on wear ring before driveing on flywheel.

Wait a minute !!!! Make sure to get the new RUBBER ORINGS that go in the groves on the adapter plate , big one and little one - those are the problem most of the time !!!!

If the orings are leaking, the leak will be on front of adapter plate.  MACK
