Hello all,
Havn't been here in a while.  Got a problem.  Today I broke a chain on my allcrop 60.  The sprocket is wore very bad.  It is the drive sprocket that goes from the drive shaft with the auger on it under the sieves that drives the clean grain elevator.  Can I fella still get those cast sprockets some where for the detachable link chain, or better yet, has anyone just seen it where it is just converted to a regular roller chain drive setup say using a number 50 or 60 chain.  Seems like it would hold up better on a working machine.  Help, I need to finish combineing my soybeans.
David

I found cast sprockets online a few years back when I was working on a Case Snapper. In fact I have a brand new one in the shed yet, no hole in the center so you can bore it to fit.

What size sprocket is it?  I need one for number 55 flat chain 9 tooth.  You don't remember where you got it from by chance.

This was an idler for the gathering chain I think. It was only about 5 tooth. Think I ran 550 roller chain in place of the wore out gathering chain that was on it. Here is one place.  http://fcmason.thomasnet.com/viewitems/sprockets/on-stock-bore-sprockets-for-steel-detachable-chain?&sortid=1241&measuresortid=0&sortorder=desc - http://fcmason.thomasnet.com/viewitems/sprockets/on-stock-bore-sprockets-for-steel-detachable-chain?&sortid=1241&measuresortid=0&sortorder=desc
Here is another outfit that has chain, sprockets, bushings and bearings along with taper lock bushings and more.

Thats the one.  Even though it looks wore pretty good I would be happy to get it from you for a spare.  Could you put it in a small priority mail carton and send it to me.

Sorry Ray for not responding.  Do you have the set, and what kind of shape are they in?
I went to a yard up here this afternoon and found a set that will run a while, but I am keeping my eyes open for a really good set so I have spares.
Thanks David
