I found a transport valve for my wd45 and I am getting ready to mount it.  I was thinking for the return line I could use a 1/2" copper line and it appears that most of the ones I have seen have been rounted to the hyd dipstick area and tapped that aluminum housing where the dipstick goes in.  I thought about running a runnber hyd hose but It would look out of place in my opinion.

Does anyone have any input as to the use of a copper line vs a steel line and the size and tapping the dipstick holder?  My plow day is comming up and I want the 45 to be ready.

thanks
johnny

Copper should be fine as there should be no pressure on a return line, easier to work with than the steel line too.

Most problems can be solved with the proper application of high explosives.
