Hi I picked up a 1937 I think Allis B at a sale over the weekend and was wondering how rare they are the serial number is 11185 and the front wheels look like you have to take the hubs off to take them off.
Any Info would be great I will try to post pics over the next couple of days
Thanks Phil

B96 was the last 37 built, not very many around and quit a bit different than other B's with a flat head Waukesha engine being the biggest differnce. B11185 is a 1938 and not really rare. The front wheels on the 38's were cast centers with rims clamped on. You might be referring to the later style wheel mostly used on the 39's. It had a stamped rim, but was riveted with 6 rivits, to the hub.

B11799 was the last 1938 B. So there were over 11,700 built in 38.

The last 37 I saw for sale was at a auction last year and it sold for 4K and was in very rough condition, it was a proxi bid and went to Iowa someplace.
