I am rplacing all of the guards,hold downs, and wear plates on our 300 flex head. What is the proper alignment of the sickle in the guards? To front or back? Wear plate then contacts the bar? Our book says 3/8 to 1/2 in from upper lip of guard, but I don't know were that is exactly. Thanks
