I was there all 4 days and never got to see them pick corn, It wasn't for lack of trying either, I was there twice when they were all lined up and ready to go. I did get to see the combines doing beans, twice, and corn once. The tractor pulls were pretty amazing with a good variety of classes. I took about 250 pictures. It will be a while before I get them posted.

We were just there for Saturday.  Drove out to Peoria Friday nite and then went the rest of the way Saturday morning and left around 5 Saturday and came home.  1 day to really take in everything is pushing it but we did managed to see the picking, corn combining, bean combining and plowing.  Thank goodness for our wheels.

The Model 35 picker is mine. I had some trouble with it the first day but a very kind gentleman offered me a slower ground speed tractor than my Farmall m and I gladly accepted the D 12 that was on there. Was a great combination and I managed to get 4 loads with it.

Did anyone get pics of the Allis 6-12 plowing?

Most problems can be solved with the proper application of high explosives.

Ted, I saw Norm on Saturday with the 6-12 but he wasn't plowing at the time.  Didn't get any pictures of him either.  I'll post some pictures in the next day or two.
