$200.00 is what I would pay.
You might be able to get $300.00 for it.

Depends on whether or not the engine is stuck, condition of the sheet metal and tires, whether or not it is complete, does it have any equipment with it. Pictures would help. I would not offer over $300 to $400 for a non runner, $500 tops.

Iron is $12.00/cwt here, so $240 is a good starting point. Depends on how bad someone wants it, I've paid as high as $500 for one, but it had a lot of new parts...

Hey, I think I know the answer to this one! I have a complete B, pretty good sheet metal, stuck, but ran when new, with very good rear tires that I'm going to list for $450. As scrap it's worth maybe $250, the good rears worth maybe $200, parting out would net quite a bit higher. I don't have the appetite nor the time to part it out, so if I don't sell it I'll scrap it and sell the rears.

PS You need to ponder the ran when stored part you've been told. That could mean ran when it threw a rod and then stored, ran when it spun a bearing and then stored, ran when it blew oil out every oriface and then stored. If it turns over you're better off than not, but if it don't run it don't run, period, and should be considered a non-runner when you're contemplating your purchase.
