I got my mag put on my 1940 model b   tonight  need to oil and oil filter for it what filter would work the best   for it thanks

most farm stores sell a FRAM C159.

So new members haven't a right to ask questions and directing someone to old postings is a no no? I thought this sight was about Allis Chalmers machines and info regarding them? Humor is great when it's not making others feel uneasy. Sad that some don't seem to care.
Anyway, back to the topic. Tim, go to the post above. There is some good info there.

We did a pretty thorough job of beating the horse back then. After the horse was dead and on the way to the glue factory, we thrashed it again...

New members come and asks simple questions. Some respondents suggest that others shouldn't direct them to older posts because they feel the topic is dead. Not very friendly or informative. If you don't like the topic why respond and waste your time? Let someone willing to help do so.
