Are both of these Model B front steering arm assemblies factory correct?  As shown in the images, one has a cupped washer welded on, the other does not.    This serves to shield the upper end of the spindle housing on a wishbone front end.   It helps to deter water and dirt from getting into the spindle bushings.  Just curious if this was a factory fix or done after the fact by an individual owner.

Both are factory correct.   The one without the cupped washer is very rare according to my book, only on the first 101.
