im getting ready to find a block for this tractor and all i have is the casting number . can someone tell me some more info on this block? casting number is 37112640

I believe any of the Perkins 236/248 CID blocks will work. About the only difference is the mounting of the fuel lift pump, some attach with 3 bolts, some with 4.....but you might as well replace that if you are rebuilding the engine.
