Have an All Crop 60. Had a wheat screen in it for several years. Wanted to try beans last year. Wheat screen easily came out and bean screen easily went in. Did fine job on the beans. Doing wheat this year and went to change out the screens --  the bean screen absolutely will not come out.  Yes, I feel a little stupid asking this, but is the some catch or locking devise on the back side ( side futherest inside)? That seems to be where it is stuck. Is there an easy access to that area from the other side - didn't see one.  Thanks.

Jim, take two small bolts out and the screen should pull out. Try moving it back and forth.

Maybe rusted into place. You can take the two chaffers above seive then you will be able to see the full seive.
Good luck.

Sometimes grain or dirt will get wedged in between the screen and the slot and make them hard to pull out.  I find that they come out easier if I blow out between the slot and the screen with compressed air first. Several of the screens for my All Crop 40 have been cut down from larger screens, and they are really bad for that...
