From the factory did the B's and C's come with the rubber shift knob like the D series tractors did? Everything looks like it should have it but yet you really dont see them on restored tractors. Can anyone shine some light on this subject for me. Thanks

no knob from the factory on the B or C.

Rubber Shift Knobs were used on B-120982 and up per parts book.
