I doubt if there are many left. My Dad used one in the feed room for 25 years to blend the ground corn into the silage before it went into the mixer truck. It was inside and stationary, ran by a 5 hp electric motor and a gear reduction that he rigged up. That wagon ran morning and night for all those years and I cannot remember that we ever repaired it. We fed over 500 head back then for many years and it ran several batches every day for over 25 years. Probably the most dependable piece of Allis equiptment on the farm! ------------- sometimes I walk out to my shop and look around and think "Who's the idiot that owns this place?" |

There was a nice one for sale here in central MO this past summer, not sure of status right now. AC Box, different brand gear. If a person had a nice AC gear to put under it, you wouldn't want to use it. ------------- |

| i also have one in pertty goos shape it is front unload as well like some of these in the pics but mine has an 8 hole allis gear I think a 1000 under it with bigger tires and wheels on the rear (was this factory ?) it sure looks correct |

I have one we used to mix compost materials. Just sitting now on a two axle trailer running gear. Neighbor has one and I saw another one sell 40 miles away last year. Maybe they hold up better in our dryer climate.

Neighbors have one or two but the last time I helped them with silage they were wearing out. Now they haven't done silage for a couple years but I'm sure they still have them somewhere. Everything they own is AC or AGCO, don't think they have any off brand tuff except a couple tillage tools and a grain cart.
