| It appears that Fiat has split CNH and Iveco Trucks off of Fiat into a separate company called Fiat Industrial. This is what seems to happen when they want to sell off a division. I wouldn't be surprised to see them get bought yet. |

A quick look at Fiat shows a company that is into many things and in many countries.

Agco is supposed to buy CNH, I dont know about Iveco. |
