just got a call from a guy  he has  1940ish Model B that wants to sell  for $200 tractor needs some mag work  don't know if it is stuck or not  also has a brush hog for $50.00 and a shank plow for 100 bucks  he did send me pictures  wife said go for it  I want to but unsure about it   advice??   thanks Tim

Even if it's frozen solid it's worth 200 bucks, you could part it out and make 5 or 600 depending how bad it is.  Mags can be fixed, not a huge amount to repair or replace.  B's are so simple to work on, and so much fun (IMHO) you can't go wrong.  Listen to your wife, she's always right, isn't she? lol

What is a shank plow? Is that a term for a moldboard plow, or is it something else? I know some terms are regional and that is one that I have never heard.
