I'm cleaning up/rebuilding the Delco distributor 1111 735 on my CA 125 engine. The springs and weights seem to be in good condition, the bushing to shaft is tight does not wiggle at all. What should the vertical end play be? With the distributor out of the tractor using a filler gauge I'm getting about .012 between the gear and the housing.
Anything else I should be concerned with checking?

The gear itself does seem to have some where, are new distributor gears available if needed?

Thanks

Should be tighter than that. I did 2 about a year ago, thinking I set them at .003". Checked the video, .004" is where i set them.
