If a 12 volt battery is used to turn over a 6 volt car engine will it fry all the 6 volt bulbs fuses, etc? Thanks

12 volt battery used on 6 volt bulbs would be brighter and burn out sooner then with a 6 volt battery.
Voltage reducers, 12 v. to 6 v., will be necessary to prevent 6 volt gauges, wipers, radios and accessories from overload.
Fuses don't care about the voltage, it is the amps.
