I took a couple of lift hooks off one of my snap coupler plows. Good thing I did - not much left of some of those bolts! I decided to take all my other ones off to check as well. They are all getting replaced. I would hate to see if one of those bolts failed while going down the road. I've seen my share of carriage bolts just like that. Good idea to just replace them, especially on a plow. I love those bent over nails too!
Steve, they do have a bushing but it's the bolt that seems to wear. |

Yes, they do have bushings. They looked far better than the bolts.
